Chief Philanthropy Officer
Annalise is a certified hospice administrator and the Chief Philanthropy Officer for Avow Foundation. Passionate about Avow’s mission, she ensures sufficient funding for essential programs and services while overseeing fundraising and communications efforts that amplify Avow’s message of hope and healing.

She leads a dedicated fundraising team, developing creative initiatives to support Avow’s nonprofit hospice, palliative care, and grief support services. Before becoming Chief Philanthropy Officer, Annalise served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development, leading the patient access and marketing teams.

A resident of Collier County since 2001, Annalise has been active in the community as the past chair and current Governance Committee member of the Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida and past president of the Naples Interagency Council. A Leadership Collier graduate, she is also a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta alumnae club and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Family, Child, and Consumer Sciences from Florida State University, a graduate business certificate in Health Services Management from Keiser University, and a Master’s in Health Services Administration from Hodges University. She is also a Florida CORE trained assisted living facility administrator, earned a Fundraising Management certificate from Indiana University, and became a Certified Fund Raising Executive in 2021.

Annalise has been a member of Toastmasters International since 2013 and counts her presentation at an international fundraising conference among her proudest professional accomplishments.

Director of Philanthropy

Kelly Colligan brings nearly two decades of fundraising experience to her role as Director of Philanthropy. A strategic and relationship-driven leader, she is deeply committed to advancing mission-based organizations through ethical fundraising, thoughtful stewardship, and meaningful community engagement. As a Certified Fund Raising Executive, a credential she earned in 2021, Kelly upholds the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in philanthropic practice.

Throughout her career, Kelly has worked with a variety of respected institutions in Washington, DC and Naples, Florida, including the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, American University, Artis-Naples, and Gulfshore Playhouse. Her diverse experience spans major gifts, annual giving, institutional support, and donor engagement strategies that strengthen both programs and long-term sustainability.

In her current role, Kelly leads comprehensive fundraising initiatives that expand philanthropic impact and deepen donor partnerships. She oversees major gifts, annual giving, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and foundation relations, working closely with community leaders and supporters who are passionate about making a lasting difference.

In 2025, Kelly was recognized as the Outstanding Emerging Leader by the Collier-Lee Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Collier-Lee Chapter and is an active member of its Education Committee, contributing to the professional growth and development of fellow fundraising professionals.

Kelly believes philanthropy is rooted in connection, purpose, and shared values. Her collaborative approach ensures that philanthropic efforts directly strengthen programs and services, fostering sustainable growth and transformative community impact.

Community Engagement Manager
Tim Philbrick brings decades of leadership, business, and community service experience to his role as Community Engagement Manager at Avow. A graduate of the University of Michigan and FGCU, Tim previously owned print centers in Southwest Florida and was a Leadership Collier graduate. He’s been recognized with numerous awards for community involvement and currently facilitates youth programs and officiates high school sports. Tim and his wife, Jamie, have three children and two grandchildren, and he proudly serves as the “Voice of the Celtics” at St. John Neumann High School.

Annual Giving Specialist
Tabitha Evans joined Avow as a Foundation intern in 2022 and now serves as Annual Giving Specialist. A magna cum laude graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, she is pursuing a Master of Public Administration. Tabitha works closely with families to honor their loved ones through giving, while also overseeing Avow’s annual fundraising programs. She is inspired by Avow’s mission and finds purpose in helping others leave lasting legacies. A Fort Myers resident, Tabitha enjoys scuba diving, beach reading, and listening to Jimmy Buffett.

Customer Service Coordinator
As Customer Service Coordinator, Sue Aceto supports the Avow Foundation team through marketing and behind-the-scenes efforts that help raise awareness and funding for compassionate care. With over 11 years at Avow, Sue plays a vital role in executing campaigns and donor initiatives. Her work reflects a deep personal commitment to Avow’s mission and to making a difference in the lives of others. Outside of work, Sue enjoys creating lasting memories with loved ones and values the importance of time spent with family and friends.

Legacy Gifts Officer
Regina Long is a mission-driven fundraising professional with over 40 years of experience in finance, non-profit organizations, and start-ups. As Legacy Gifts Officer at Avow, she helps individuals and families create meaningful, lasting legacies through planned giving in support of Avow’s hospice., palliative care, integrative therapies, and grief and loss support programs.

Regina brings compassion and enthusiasm to her work, finding joy in connecting with people, hearing their stories, and helping them ensure their values and intentions are honored through their philanthropic legacy. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside individuals as they plan gifts that reflect the mark they wish to leave on the world.

Prior to joining Avow, Regina served as a senior philanthropic advisor for Duke University and Duke University Health Center. Her career includes leadership roles at Northern Trust Bank (Naples), Bankers Trust (NYC), and Fidelity Brokerage Services (Boston), as well as serving as Managing Director for financial services start-up Ingham Becker & Co. (NYC).

Foundation Relations Specialist
Deanna brings many years of experience in marketing for hospice organizations, following her first career in fundraising. Her current role is the culmination of her professional expertise and her passion for building meaningful relationships that support mission-driven work. Deanna enjoys sharing the remarkable impact of Avow with foundations and helping them join our vision to ensure compassionate care is available when it’s needed most. She believes that, together, we can create a lasting impact. A Collier County resident for over 30 years, Deanna enjoys staying active and soaking up the sunshine in her free time.
