Chair Yoga for Self-Care (online only)

An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until September 30, 2021
This is an online group for anyone those who have experienced a loss or stressor of any kind, such as job loss or loss of normalcy. We encourage you to be a little selfish right now and indulge in some self-care in the form of yoga. No yoga experience? No problem! You don’t have to be a yogi, we will be doing all yoga poses in a chair. We’re going to use yoga to strengthen our awareness of how our physical experience is connected to our emotional and mental experiences in our lives.
This is an online group held via Zoom video conferencing.
