This group is best suited for those who lost a partner or spouse more than one year ago. Discussions will focus on issues bereaved spouses/partners face as they walk through their loss.  The group is led by a licensed bereavement expert.

Some group participants choose simply to listen; others feel comfortable sharing thoughts and feelings. During the session, trained bereavement staff reassure participants about what are “normal” reactions to loss and guide those who need them to additional resources in the community.

This is an online group held via through Zoom video conferencing.
