This is a psycho-educational group on how to reframe negative thinking based on numerous cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and exercises. This group is open to anyone in the community experiencing a loss and is offered at no cost. All groups are led by a licensed/credentialed counselor from Avow.

Where: This is an online group done through Zoom video conferencing during the COVID-19 pandemic to accommodate quarantining.
