SPECIAL EVENT: Exhale 2020, Inhale 2021

Please join Avow Bereavement Counselor, Jessica Yarab for a special group on New Year’s Day to exhale and let go of 2020 as we inhale and set our intentions for 2021. Group will include time for reflection, meditation/breathing techniques and yoga poses/stretches.
