Regain Your Independence – You Got This! (in-person group)

Life after losing a spouse or partner can be scary; now you have to figure out “life” on your own. This educational support group is chock-full of ideas on how to handle tasks such as getting your own insurance, making medical decisions on your own, and how to manage your day-to-day appointments and life’s responsibilities.
This group meets in the Center for Grief Support in the Lyon Center on the Avow campus. Participants must wear masks.
Starting in January 2022, this group will be online only.
