Rediscovering Life After Grief (in person) Fridays
July 5 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Participants will be encouraged to work on their grief/action plan to achieve the goals they have set for themselves regarding their life or a new normal. They will have the opportunity to explore the effectiveness of taking action moving forward. They will be able to identify what works and doesn’t and analyze different perspectives to succeed in their journey.
