Writing poetry is a great way to explore emotions and reflect on deeper issues that may be hard to express otherwise. Join Avow’s bereavement team as they host a virtual poetry open mic group.
Attendees can read their work and listen to other’s share their poems in the comfort of their home in this Zoom event.  The best part about poetry is there are no rules! It doesn’t have to rhyme or be pages long; it can be about your grief experience, a favorite memory, or another topic of your choosing.
