An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 9, 2022
This group is based on a Yale University class called the “Science of Well-Being.” Participants will be asked to take practical steps to increase their happiness through their grieving process. Techniques include savoring, gratitude, social connection, kindness, reflection and meditation to intentionally increase our state of happiness.
This group meets in the Center for Grief Support in the Lyon Center on the Avow campus. Participants must wear masks.
