Finding Happiness (in person & online)

An event every week that begins at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until September 28, 2022
This group is based on a Yale University class called the “Science of Well-Being.” Participants will be asked to take practical steps to increase their happiness through their grieving process. Techniques include savoring, gratitude, social connection, kindness, reflection and meditation to intentionally increase our state of happiness.
You may attend this group in person or online group via through Zoom video conferencing.
