An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until December 31, 2021
This group is designed to support emotional healing from grief by providing members with a creative space to process their feelings through journaling. The goal is to use journal writing as a self-care technique to explore emotions and process grief while supporting and uplifting one another creatively.
This group meets in the Center for Grief Support in the Lyon Center on the Avow campus. Participants must wear masks (available at Avow).
