Explore opportunities to learn, heal and grow with Avow. Here, you’ll find everything you need from support
groups to informative seminars by our experts in hospice, palliative care and grief support.
Summer can bring unique challenges for children coping with major life transitions such as the death of a loved one, incarceration of a family member, parental separation or divorce, moving to a new home, changing schools, or other major life transitions. Whatever the loss is, Avow Kids is here to help ease this transition by creating a safe place for your child to experience the big emotions that big changes can bring. Every other Wednesday during the summer from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., we will open the doors of Aunt Janet’s house so that
our kids can come, hang out, play games, do crafts to support one another in their grief.
Our specialists will also be on hand to facilitate discussions with the kids.
Don’t let summer pass you by without getting the grief support you need!
Let us support you in growing through grief!
No need to RSVP if you have been part of Avow Kids before.
