Avow Kids Movement Group (online only)

This group will focus on movement activities such as dancing, stretching/yoga, “Simon Says,” “Become your Favorite Animal,” and other creative movement exercises. This group is for ages 7 to 12.
Where: Online Zoom video conferencing or phone-in line
Who: Kids aged 7 – 12, led by licensed and credentials counselors.
