Avow Kids Mindful Journaling for Teens
July 5, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Join the Avow Kids team this summer and learn how to mindfully improve your life by tuning out the distractions and focusing on living in the present moment. This camp will teach teens how to use different techniques, including journaling and mindfulness practices to promote and expand their sense of serenity, manage their anxiety, and embrace a more peaceful and happy life.
