Explore opportunities to learn, heal and grow with Avow. Here, you’ll find everything you need from support
groups to informative seminars by our experts in hospice, palliative care and grief support.
Have you given thought to what do you want to do, how you want to feel, and what you plan to achieve in 2021? Let’s conjure up our bold visions for 2021 and get those images onto paper! This workshop will begin with a guided meditation to help set the tone for visualizing your year ahead. Avow Board-Certified Art Therapist Shawna Scarpitti will offer tips as she guides you to create your own 2021 vision board from the comfort of your home. No prior artistic experience is necessary.
The whole family can join, as this group is open to all ages. As always, this and all our events are offered at no cost to the community. Join us!
