Alzheimer’s Support Network – Grief Through the Journey (online)

This group is led by an Avow counselor for the Alzheimer’s Support Network. Groups are available for current caregivers and those who have lost someone to Alzheimer’s. You can sign up by calling Alzheimer’s Support Network at (239) 262-8388.
